All rooms are strictly non-smoking throughout. We're sorry but we don't allow pets.
Bookings are taken through our secure booking system ? or Booking.com (prices are higher if using them, due to their commission rates). We realise that holiday plans can sometimes change, so we operate a simple, fair, and flexible cancellation policy to cope with this.
- Payments by bacs, PayPal, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard.
- We do not accept American Express
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
- Full balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
- In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
- In the unlikely event of us cancelling your booking, owing to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. Storm damage, Family emergency, etc), our financial liability to you is limited to the amount of money you have paid to us. We will endeavour to find alternative accommodation for you.
